The Justice Department clearly wronged Senator Ted Stevens. Did it also wrong one of his prosecutors?
Nicholas Marsh built the case against Ted Stevens, coordinating a massive corruption investigation that resulted in nine convictions. When the case fell apart over prosecutorial misconduct, Marsh suddenly found himself the subject of a criminal inquiry. Months passed without resolution. On September 26th, he committed suicide. He was thirty-seven.
